Pricing
Joxo Pro is one monthly subscription per person. It covers every project you join and every computer you connect — there is no per-seat charge on a project, and nobody rides on anyone else’s plan.
No price has been set, because there is nowhere to charge it yet.
The trial
New accounts get 2 days.
A trial is anchored to a GitHub identity, and there is one per identity, ever. The grant is recorded in a server-side ledger keyed by your GitHub user id, so deleting your Joxo account and signing in again with the same GitHub account restores the original end date rather than restarting the clock. An account created with a personal sign-in link has no durable identity, so it starts without a trial.
What one plan covers
- Unlimited projects, whether you own them or were invited.
- Unlimited computers paired to your account.
- The connector (an MCP server and CLI for your own Claude Code or Codex sessions), the macOS menu-bar app, the phone app, and the relay that joins them.
- Two of those four you cannot install from a store today: the macOS app is not notarized yet — macOS asks before the first launch, and the phone app is not in the App Store or Play Store yet, and push is not delivered yet. A plan covers them when they arrive; it is not a promise you can use them this week.
- Your own AI subscriptions stay yours. Joxo never uses them on your behalf and never resells anyone else’s API.
How it is enforced
The relay is the only place entitlement is decided. Without an active plan it answers HTTP 402 on the write paths that are the product — creating a project, pairing a computer, inviting someone, publishing to the memory, and every task change — and refuses a paired computer’s sync. Accepting an invitation is not one of them: you can still join a project you were invited to, and then see nothing of it until you have a plan.
Reading stops with it too. The shared project memory, the task board and the fleet’s capacity readings are the product, and an unpaid account is served none of them. What is still served is everything access is taken away with: the project, the people on it, your computers by name and status, and — to a project’s owner — any invitation still open. So pausing a computer, disconnecting one, removing a collaborator and revoking an invitation keep working after a plan ends — none of them is ever charged for, because somebody signing in after a laptop goes missing must not have to pay first.
No client can grant itself access, and no client may print a price this page did not publish.
You cannot buy this yet
This is the honest state today: there is no checkout. Payments will run through a merchant of record — a company that becomes the seller of record, collects and remits tax and issues your invoice — and that account is not live yet. Nothing is charged, no card details are collected anywhere on this site, and the subscribe button is not offered rather than leading you to an error.
Ask to be told when it opens and you will get one email when there is something to buy.
Also worth knowing
- Cancelling stops the renewal. Access continues until the period you already paid for ends.
- See the refund policy for what happens to a payment, and the terms for the licence.
- Prices may change with notice. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
The trial length, the price and whether checkout is open are read from this relay every time this page is served. If a figure is missing here, the relay has not published one.
