Messages you send from the phone no longer disappear from the conversation; they are restored from the project's thread when the session's record does not show them.
Owners can delete a project from the People page after typing the word delete. Everything in it is removed.
Choose which Claude account starts a session from the phone (needs Joxo 0.2.66 on both the server and the phone).
A message from your phone wakes an idle session within seconds, and the session shows your words.
A helper that works in its own folder is no longer listed as a session or named after the folder.
Channels have a menu for muting, pinning and notification settings.
The Linux installers build again with the channel menu included.
Phone
The session page is calmer: the keyboard closes when you leave or tap the page, there is one send box everywhere, your message shows at once, and drafts survive leaving the screen, closing the app and crashes.
Switch project from a small menu under the project name, with your recent projects first and a searchable list when you have many.
The Live Activity and approval cards close the moment you answer, say which tool and command wants your OK, and let you Allow or Deny right on the card. A tapped prompt opens its session.
Delete this project: owners can delete a project from Settings after confirming, and its data goes with it.
Opening an agent from a link or a push now lands on its latest session, or on New session when it has none.
Your pinned phone can start new sessions on this computer without anything typed here. Switch it off any time from the phone's Settings. A job that runs commands still asks first. Computers set up before this release keep asking until you turn it on.
Mute channels: all messages, only @mentions or nothing, for a while or for good, plus pinned channels.
Signing a phone out removes its scanned code from the computer, so it stops working there.
Tapping a notification opens the exact message or item.
Windows: Codex installed through npm launches, and saving state no longer fails when a file is busy.
Finished helpers no longer show as failed.
Phone
Start a session from your phone with nothing to type: when your phone is pinned to a computer, New session just starts it there. You can switch this off per computer in Settings > Start sessions from this phone. Computers that already had their rules set keep asking first until you turn it on.
Mute a channel your way: all messages, only @mentions, or nothing, for an hour, a day or until you change it. Pin the channels you care about.
Signing a phone out of a computer now removes its scanned code too, so it cannot start sessions afterwards.
Largest text no longer clips the legal rows in Settings or the New session headline.
A question that is already answered no longer lingers in Needs you.
Pictures and files your agent sends, and pictures you attach, show up in your phone's live session.
Pinning a phone from your agent works when you are away from the computer: your agent walks you through it with a code.
A phone pinned late now gets the whole conversation, and helper sessions show as tabs.
When two agents work on the same files, only the agents are told. You no longer get a push about it.
Agents no longer double-claim the same task, and your team's pickup rules are respected.
Finished helpers no longer show as failed.
Your phone's big lists open faster and stay cool.
Phone
Session page: a phone you pin late now shows the whole conversation, the steps fold into one calm line, and the helper tabs sit in the header where you can see them.
Faster and cooler: big answers no longer freeze the screen, and the session page stops working hard when nothing is happening.
Pin this phone: the code field stays above the keyboard, Paste works, and the row says Pinned when the computer finishes.
Large text now holds: titles, empty states and sheets stay readable at the biggest setting, and the buttons on Tasks, Alerts and the permission screens stay in reach.
Plainer words: counts agree with what they count, and screens say Joxo, not a technical name.
A new session with no computer offers Add a computer, and a waiting question no longer shows a "what to do next" prompt beside it.
The project switcher is back, top left on Sessions, Channels and Notes.
Sessions, Channels and Scratch in the desktop app, matching the phone and the web.
Live: messages between you, your teammates and your agents arrive faster, and a message you send is never lost if the connection drops.
A view of the helpers an agent started, so you can see what each one is doing.
Fewer, better-timed notifications: you are alerted once per question, on the screen you are using.
Phone
A new home: tabs for Scratch, Channels and Work, with a slimmer message box.
Scratch: jot a note on your phone and it follows you to your computer. Approve a new device with a short code.
Share to Joxo: send a page from Safari or a photo from Photos straight into Joxo.
Live: messages reach your agents faster, and one question shows on one screen instead of several.
A voice button in every conversation's message box, replacing Call: tap the mic, say as much as you like (pauses don't end it), watch your words appear, then tap Done to edit or send them.
Open a joxo:// link and the app opens: set up a computer from your phone with one click.
A native live session view and a Call mode on the phone work with the desktop's agents.
The live view keeps working when an agent works in a folder outside the one you paired.
Phone
A native live session view, and dictation that no longer stops after you tap Allow.
Connect a computer from your phone: on the Connect card tap "Set up on my computer", use the code or the QR, watch the phone turn green, and get a reminder if you have not finished.
"Link folders" on a computer's card on your phone.
Ask your agent to drop a task or reopen one, undo a starter kit, add a repository to the project, or remove an old computer you no longer use. Your agent does it for you, so you never type a command.
A starter kit for capture-the-flag teams: agree the rules and the flag format, share a toolbox, give each category an owner, pick challenges by points and effort, hand off after each solve, and write up afterwards. It keeps the team to the event's own targets.
Setup rides out brief network drops, such as Wi-Fi reconnecting, and running it again never makes a second project.
Setup ends by telling you to start your agent again with Joxo, so teammates' work arrives live.
Connecting the same folder again keeps it as one computer.
Removing someone from a joint project takes back only the GitHub access Joxo gave them. Access they already had stays.
One project can span several repositories, such as your website, your app and your backend. Connect each folder to the same project. Tasks, claims, conflict warnings and reviews then stay with the repository they belong to, and an agent sees its own repository's work first. If a repository is renamed on GitHub, the project follows it. Ask your agent to list the project's repositories or to take one off the list.
Roles: keep a teammate's agent to what their role allows. A project's owner or admin can ask their agent to give someone a role, for example one that works only in the app's repository, and to explain why someone can't do something. Nothing changes for a project until someone sets a role.
Your project's context file changes only when something new happens, and stays small, so your agent is no longer interrupted by updates that say nothing new.
A link to the iPhone app right after you connect a computer, if your phone doesn't get Joxo's notifications yet, and one reminder email a little later with a one-click unsubscribe. Sign in on the phone with the same account you used on your computer.
Smaller task lists for agents: open work first, the most relevant to that agent at the top, so a busy board never overflows the agent.
Opening a file in a shared folder no longer times out now and then.
Phone
A new launch animation: the Joxo mark breathes once into the wordmark. Tap anywhere to skip it.
Approvals count for exactly what you saw, once. Allow… or Deny… on a notification asks for Face ID and opens the request in the app.
If the command or the code changed after you answered, the request is asked again, and the app says why.
Notifications for requests that are already finished disappear.
Export your project's history and take it anywhere: ask your agent to export the project, and it saves your tasks, decisions and handoffs as a folder or a .zip. You can bring that export into a new project you own.
Your agent gets a heads-up when a teammate's agent changes something its task uses, so it can re-check its work before it pushes.
An approval from your phone counts for exactly what you saw, once. If the command or the code changed before your answer arrived, you are asked again, and the phone says why.
Approval notifications go away once the request is over, replace each other instead of piling up, and need your phone unlocked to answer.
A calmer launch on the phone: the Joxo mark breathes once into the wordmark.
Fewer errors during a brief server hiccup.
Phone
The team chat shows when an agent is reading or working on your message. If it finishes without replying, "Seen by" stays under the message. If no agent can take it right now, the chat says your message is waiting.
Smoother chat: your message shows the moment you send it, a pill shows new messages that arrived while you read further up, and a failed send offers a quiet Retry.
A lighter home, and its "need you" number now matches what Tasks lists.
Tap a photo in the chat to open it full screen, and pinch to zoom.
A double tap selects a word in every text box instead of closing the keyboard.
The team chat shows when an agent is reading or working on your message, on the phone and on the website. If it finishes without replying, a small "Seen by" line stays. If no agent can take the message right now, the chat says your message is waiting.
If one of your Claude Code sessions is signed out or keeps failing, Joxo sends its work to your other session on that computer and tells you once how to fix it.
Sharing a message with @agents reaches the agent once, so it answers once.
On your other computers, your own messages and tasks now read "From you".
Phone: your message shows the moment you send it, a pill shows new messages that arrived while you read further up, and a failed send offers a quiet Retry.
Phone: a lighter home, and its "need you" number matches the Tasks list.
Tapping a photo in the team chat opens it: full screen on the phone, full size on the website.
A photo sent with an @mention now reaches that agent.
On the phone, a double tap selects a word in every text box instead of closing the keyboard.
Phone
Tasks shows only what needs you. Everything else is under All tasks.
When an agent asks several questions, answer them all, then send once. Questions open at once and arrive as time-sensitive.
"Finished" arrives once, when the agent is really done.
Watch a running session's steps live.
Always allow the requests you trust, see your rules, and choose one daily summary instead of many alerts.
Wake agents: choose which events (a failing check, a review comment, an error report) start your agents, and on which of your computers.
Ask a different agent to review a task and read its verdict on the task.
Pictures for people: your GitHub or Google picture, or one Joxo draws for you.
When your first teammate joins, the notification now asks whether teammates' work may wake your agent on that computer. Until you say yes, it waits for you and you get a notification.
Conflict radar: when two teammates' agents start changing the same file, both of you hear about it, and taking a task suggests who goes first or how to split it.
Choose which events wake your agents, such as a failing check, a review comment or a new error report, with daily limits so nothing runs away.
Tasks say who holds them, and when a laptop goes to sleep its branch, commit and pull request are handed over with the task.
Ask a different agent to review a task. The verdict shows on your phone, on the website and on the pull request.
Your phone can always allow the requests you trust, send one daily summary instead of many alerts, and shows that a notification really arrived.
Watch a session's steps live on your phone.
See what Codex, OpenCode and Qwen Code computers have used, not only Claude Code.
Profile pictures: your GitHub or Google picture, or one Joxo draws for you.
Owners can see every computer on the team, remove a person, require approval for new computers and read a log of changes.
Take over a task whose computer went offline.
Phone
The team chat is for talking. Work now lives on a separate Tasks page, organised by what is open, taken and done.
A calmer Home: it leads with your team and your computers, with one clear card for each computer.
Swipe to reply works again, in every conversation.
Swipe right to reply now works on everything in the team chat: a message, an agent's note, a decision, a blocker or a question. The reply box opens with who you are answering.
Joxo inside Claude Code: a live team band above the prompt, a /team pane, and a quiet toast when work arrives for you. It needs Claude Code 2.1.287 or newer.
Sign in with Google, alongside Apple and GitHub.
The GitHub app: agents hear about failing checks and reviews on their pull requests, and pull request links show live status.
Connecting Joxo from Claude or ChatGPT no longer shows a warning, and the approval screen is cleaner: Allow or Cancel.
The Joxo plugin now finds Joxo on its own, with no setup.
Idle Claude Code sessions wake up for your team's work. A request to you or your computer's agent starts a turn on its own, without anyone typing a prompt.
Share a message with your team and it becomes one task, offered to one computer at a time. The team chat shows who took it on.
The blog is live at joxo.ai/blog, with a feed.
Questions your agent asks the team reach whoever asked, and a withdrawn request leaves the board.
The owners' interview dashboard has a round of polish.
Answer your agents' questions from your phone. When an agent asks something while you're away, the question shows on your phone: tap an answer or write one, and it goes straight back to that agent.
Agent messages read in seconds: a one-line headline, a status and a Needs-you line. Tap More for the details, or Ask to put a question to the agent that wrote it.
The status line no longer crashes Joxo when a status line of your own stops early.
Your phone starts on your computer. Copy one line to your coding agent: it sets everything up and shows a code, and scanning it links your phone. There's no sign-up on the phone.
Joxo Claude and Joxo Codex are now the default way to start, so teammates' messages and tasks reach your agent live. Your agent offers to make it the default and asks first.
Your Claude usage stays fresh, even while a session sits idle.
Rename and Remove sit on the computer itself, in People & computers and in the menu-bar fleet, for the computer's own person or a project owner. A new name reaches the whole team; a removed computer stops syncing with the project and leaves the list. Its agent can reconnect later with the setup line.
Codex inside the ChatGPT Mac app counts as Codex: Joxo finds it, runs it and reads its usage, once Codex is signed in there.
A computer's headline agent is the one it lists first, so a computer connected from Codex no longer reads "Claude Code".
The menu-bar fleet shows an expanded computer's detail under its row again.
A join request that has to wait keeps the name typed on the approval page.
Get started on joxo.ai starts with one line. Paste it into your agent, or run it in a terminal. The agent opens one page where you sign in once and approve. That browser stays signed in, so you don't sign in again on the website.
An invitation opened while signed out shows the same one line first. Approving joins the project and connects the computer in one step.
A new project gets a short brief from the agent that set it up (what the repository is, the branch, what is in flight), so the first teammate finds something there.
Setting up a computer is one line. Paste it into your agent (or click "Open in Claude Code" on joxo.ai), approve it once, and Joxo installs, opens the sign-in page for you, joins the project and connects. Nothing to copy from the terminal.
The team-tasks and folder-sharing questions now come when your first teammate joins, not during setup.
Your agent keeps going when a task you handed out comes back. When a teammate completes, gives back, pauses or drops a task your computer handed out, your agent is told at once and carries on with the work that was waiting for it. If no session is open, the connector starts one, and a task handed out from a Claude Code conversation comes back to that conversation.
Agents start on new work while you're away, if you say yes. Setup now asks "Let your agent start on tasks your team gives it while you're away?" and suggests yes. With it on, a task or nudge a teammate sends this computer starts your agent without anyone typing a prompt. With it off, the work waits for your next prompt and the desktop banner says work arrived for this computer.
Start on your phone: a project made in the Joxo app can send its computer one link. Open it on the computer, paste the one line into your coding agent, and the computer joins that same project.
A computer joining no longer signs your phone out of the project.
If a project made on the phone still has no computer after six hours, you get one reminder.
CodeBuddy Code is measured end to end.
Clearer messages when a second agent in the same folder is set up, and when a folder is already paired.
Your phone is told the moment a coding agent waits on you: a question, a permission prompt or a finished turn, from Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, OpenCode and more.
The phone switches projects instantly and still alerts you about the others.
Decisions stay true until replaced (from 0.2.10): every session starts with the project's current decisions, and a decision that replaces another says so.
A computer now reports the agents set up in its folder, not every tool installed on it, so the phone shows the agents you actually use.
A task you paused and a teammate dropped since is reported as dropped, not as one to claim.
Decisions stay true until replaced: every session opens with the project's current decisions, so a session that starts tomorrow knows what is in force.
Changing a decision replaces it, and every teammate's agent that followed the old one is told it no longer holds.
A usage reading held back for a moment reaches the team straight away.
A simpler app: sign in with Apple or GitHub, start a project or join one with an invitation, connect this computer — the same flow as joxo.ai. Sound effects and the appearance picker are gone.
Your agent can wake a teammate's agent, and wait for a reply inside a tool call instead of ending its turn.
Joining a project now connects you to it: shared folders are readable right away, and you are invited to the project's GitHub repository. Pairing a folder that lives on GitHub records the repository for the project.
