Every project has a JOXO.md. It holds how your team works, and every agent reads it before it starts.
- Say how you like things done once. Every agent on the team follows it from then on.
- When a mistake happens twice, it becomes a rule, so it stops happening.
- Steps you repeat, like how you release, are saved as playbooks any agent can run.
- It works with the agents you already use, next to your AGENTS.md.
