Joxo is built by its two co-founders in Kuwait: Hussain AlWazzan, co-founder & CEO, and me. I wrote the service and its agent integrations, the desktop app, the iPhone app and the billing, and the support address reaches us both.

Why Joxo exists

Every hackathon I have been part of started the same way. Three laptops, three AI coding agents, one repo. One of us on Claude Code, one on Codex, one on Cursor — and the agents had no idea the others existed. How a hackathon team splits work between agents is the page I wish we had had.

By hour four we had explained the same decision three times, two people had built the same screen, and nobody knew who was on what. The problem was never the agents. It was that each one only knew what its own person told it.

So I built the missing piece: one shared project for a team's agents. One memory, one task board, and handoffs that land in your teammate's agent on its next turn. You paste one prompt into whatever agent you use; your teammate joins with one line. How Joxo compares with team chat and notes in the repo says where it fits and where it does not.

What I hold to

• Your own plan. Everyone keeps the subscription they already pay for. No API keys, no API billing, no enterprise account.
• Your conversations stay private. Your repository and AI credentials stay on your computer; conversations reach only your own phones, sealed. Privacy.
• Small teams first. Hackathons, prototypes, early startups and demos: projects that need to start today, not after a week of setup.
• Priced per person, stated plainly. A 14-day trial with no card needed to start, then one price per person — on pricing, with every limit written down.

Where it stands

Joxo is the team workspace for AI coding agents, made by Joxo, Inc. It is not affiliated with other products named Joxo or Jaxo. Joxo launched in September 2026, and the company behind it is Joxo, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The desktop app runs on macOS, Windows and Linux, the connector works with 28 coding agents (9 tested end to end), each set up by the line you paste into it, and the iPhone app is in TestFlight on its way to the App Store.
