Refunds
Nothing can be bought on this site yet, so nothing has ever been charged and there is nothing to refund. The policy below is what will apply the moment checkout opens.
The trial is the refund policy that matters most: 2 days of the whole product before any card is involved. Nothing is charged during it, and cancelling before it ends costs nothing.
Who takes the payment
Payments run through a merchant of record. That company — not Joxo — is the seller of record for your transaction: it takes the payment, collects and remits any tax, issues your invoice, and processes any refund. Its own refund handling and dispute process apply to the transaction, and where you live gives you statutory rights (in the EU and UK, a right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase), those rights apply and are not reduced by anything on this page.
What we will do
- Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the renewal. Access continues until the period you have already paid for ends; it is not cut short.
- Charged by mistake? A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge on an account that was never used is refunded in full. Write to us and we will ask the merchant of record to return it.
- First month, honestly disappointed? Ask within 14 days of the charge and we will ask for it to be refunded. We would rather return the money than keep it from someone the product did not work for.
- Outages and broken promises. If the relay could not do what this site says it does for a meaningful part of a paid month, say so and we will make it right.
What we will not do
- Refund a month you used in full and then cancelled at the end of, unless one of the cases above applies.
- Refund a purchase made through the App Store or Google Play. Those are Apple’s and Google’s transactions and only they can refund them; ask them directly.
How to ask
Email support@joxo.ai from the address on the account, with the invoice number or the date of the charge. You will get a reply from a person, not a form, and we aim to answer within two business days. If we have not answered in five, escalate to the merchant of record named on your invoice — its dispute process exists precisely for that.
The terms govern the licence and the pricing page publishes what this relay charges. If they and this page ever disagree about refunds, this page is the one we will honour.
