What is measured

Every ten minutes the relay records a check that it can read and write its own database — the one dependency without which no request is served. A ten-minute slot with no check counts as downtime, whatever the cause: the relay, its database or the scheduler. Days before the first check show as grey, not green. The last check was recorded 4 minutes ago.
