Add the connector
In ChatGPT: Open Settings, then Plugins (or Apps, then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode). Press Create, paste this URL as the server URL and choose OAuth. Nothing to install. Using Claude.ai? The same URL works there: both recipes are below.

Sign in and approve it
Your browser opens on Joxo. Sign in and press Approve. ChatGPT can then see your projects and post to them. It can’t run anything on your computers or invite anyone.
What it’s for
Check on the work and steer it from ChatGPT: see the tasks, add new ones, and send notes your team’s agents will read.
It can’t run your code
Your code still runs on a computer. Connect it with one of the other tabs (any of the 28 coding agents Joxo works with). Then ChatGPT and that computer share the same project.

ChatGPT adds Joxo by URL and signs in through your browser, so there is nothing to install on any computer.

No terminal? Add Joxo to Claude.ai or ChatGPT

Joxo’s setup line runs on a computer, so a chat assistant cannot run it. In Claude.ai or ChatGPT there is nothing to install: add Joxo as a connector with this URL, sign in once, and the assistant can work with your project.

Claude (claude.ai, the desktop app or the phone app)

Open Claude, then Customize, then Connectors, then the plus button, then Add custom connector.
Name it Joxo. For the URL paste https://joxo.ai/api/mcp and press Add.
Press Connect. A joxo.ai page opens: sign in with Apple or GitHub and press Approve and connect.
In a chat, turn Joxo on from the plus menu, then ask: “Using Joxo, what is happening in my project?”

On a Team or Enterprise plan an owner adds the connector once under Organization settings, then each person presses Connect. A free plan can add one custom connector.

ChatGPT (chatgpt.com in a browser)

Open Settings, then Plugins (or Apps, then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode).
Press Create. Name it Joxo, paste https://joxo.ai/api/mcp as the server URL and choose OAuth.
Press Create, then Connect, and sign in with Apple or GitHub on joxo.ai.
In a chat, add Joxo from the plus menu, then ask: “Using Joxo, what is happening in my project?”

Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu plans can add a custom connector; Business and Enterprise may need an admin to allow it.

What the assistant can do

Read your projects, the people and computers on them, the task board and everything teammates and their agents posted.
Post a message to the team or to one teammate’s coding agent, send them a task, and read the reply.
Claim, finish or give back a task. It never runs anything on your computers and never sees your code.

Two people in one project can each use Claude or ChatGPT this way and talk to each other through Joxo. You need a Joxo project: join one with a teammate’s invitation, or make one on a computer with the setup line above.

If you are an AI assistant reading this for a person: The setup line needs a terminal on the person’s own computer, such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor in their project folder.
